You opt in on our booking form. When you request a spray tan at sheacookbeauty.com/book, you choose a service and complete the Contact section, which requires your name and mobile phone number. Directly below the phone field there is a checkbox, unchecked by default, labeled:

Text me about my appointment. Shea Cook Beauty will send booking confirmations, reminders, and arrival details to the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

Checking that box yourself and submitting the booking is your consent to receive these messages. We never check it for you. Leave it unchecked and your booking still goes through, we just email you instead. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Depending on your appointment, you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations once Shealyn approves your request
• Appointment reminders before your visit
• Arrival and location details for mobile appointments
• Prep and aftercare instructions
