These terms apply to your use of the Shea Cook Beauty website and services. By using the site, requesting an appointment, or opting in to our texts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Shea Cook Beauty provides bridal makeup and custom spray tan services in and around Athens, Tennessee. Appointment requests are confirmed by us before they are final. Payment is collected in person by cash, Venmo, or Cash App. We do not collect payment through this website.

When you request a spray tan appointment, we review it and confirm or decline by email and text. An appointment is not booked until we confirm it. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

By providing your mobile number on our booking form to request an appointment, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Shea Cook Beauty, such as confirmations, appointment details, prep and aftercare instructions, and reminders.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. These are transactional messages about your appointment; we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Please give accurate contact and appointment information so we can reach you and prepare for your visit. You are responsible for the mobile number and email address you provide.

The website and our communications are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shea Cook Beauty is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
